Microsoft Version 3.0!!!

According to Microsoft, "The next major release of Microsoft CRM will dramatically increase application breadth, depth, and extensibility while also help reduce the time and cost associated with deployment and operation. Through recent pre-release programs and product advisory council meetings, we have worked closely with partners and customers to refine the content of this important next release".

At a high level, the expanded scope will include additional development effort in the following areas:

Simplified installation for small businesses, allowing partners and customers to install the product suite with a target of five clicks or less

Enhanced process workflows with all parts of the CRM suite, including the new marketing automation and service automation capabilities

Further delivery of component services within our service-oriented architecture, allowing partners and customers to easily integrate with other applications and data sources
