Let's Talk About Some Features!

There has been a lot of buzz about the new release of Microsoft Dynamics CRM version 3.0. But do you really know some of the new features it offers?

Here is a list of just 5:
1 - Improved Microsoft Office Integration: Work Without Leaving Outlook. Integration is even tighter than before with less application switching and just plan easier to use. Users can look up Customer information, send and manage email, set up appointments, and capture Customer discussions - all without ever leaving Outlook.

2 - New Marketing Automation Module: Create Sales and Marketing Campaigns...Fast. You can quickly create campaign lists, craft letters or direct mail piece using Microsoft-integrated products like Microsoft Office Word, launch the campaign and track the campaign follow-ups and results - all in Microsoft Dynamics CRM.

3 - New Service Scheduling Module: Helps Your Staff Sell More While Improving Customer Service. Microsoft Dynamics CRM now includes a sophisticated scheduling engine that can help you sell and schedule services for your Customers. This Service Calendar will allow any authorized user to survey company-wide resources and book appointments, adding it to a Customer's CRM Record.

4 - Easier Customization: Tailors to Your Company's Needs Quickly. You don't need to be a technical guru to customize in Microsoft Dynamics CRM. Any non-technical user can create a new object with just a few mouse-clicks. No need to write or rewrite code or even leave the application.

5 - Improved Reporting: Drill into the Details...Fast. Getting information out is now just as easy putting it in. Information can be obtained with a simple export using Microsoft Office Excel. Microsoft Dynamics CRM provides a number of standard, one-button reports, using Microsoft SQL Server reporting as the underlying report engine. Users can save frequently used reports, which are refreshed with current data every time they are opened.
