Latest ISS Group Sighting

Sorry that we haven't posted on our blog recently. We have been visiting some clients and also attending several events and conferences.

The two most recent events we participated in was the Progress Software Exchange 2006 Conference in "Sin City" Las Vegas, NV, as well as the Atlantic Design and Manufacturing Show at the Jacob Javits Center in New York, NY. ISS Group was the only exhibitor at both locations offering Microsoft CRM. We were thrilled and there was a lot of buzz around our tables!!

We focused on illustrating the many benefits of Microsoft CRM, as well as additional solutions we offer that integrates with Microsoft CRM, in particular our iBridge and iPortal solutions.

iBridge is our Microsoft approved third party solution offering bi-directional functionality between an ERP system and Microsoft CRM. Our iPortal solution is a Progress WebSpeed-based eCommerce/Customer Service and Supply Chain Management system for a Progress-based ERP system. We successfully showed how BOTH solutions can integrate with Microsoft CRM, giving the User a complete 360 degree view of their organization.
